I know it's risky to spend top dollar for one-of-a-kind art that you've only seen online in low-rez. I want you to be completely happy with your original art purchase, and I believe you will be once you see it "in person", so I'm willing to refund the purchase price (less shipping) within 21 days of your purchase if you're not happy with it.

The piece must be in the original condition that it was sent and returned in the packaging it was shipped in (or equivalent). Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the package must be postmarked within 21 days of your purchase.

If you do decide to return your art, please email me immediately to let me know. Once I receive the returned artwork in satisfactory condition, I will refund your purchase price, less what I paid to originally ship the item to you. I would appreciate any feedback on why you made the return - it could help me prevent such occurences in the future.

Prints are non-returnable and not included in this guarantee.

My art reproductions are printed on fine archival European art papers using a printing process called piezography, which captures every color nuance and brushstroke, making the prints virtually indistinguishable from the originals! Each print is signed and numbered. Most pieces are in limited editions of 200, unless otherwise noted.

Payment transactions are through PayPal, an easy and secure online payment service. Through PayPal, you may use your credit card, debit card, or bank account to pay for your purchase. Their fee for this service is a small percentage - far, far less than what a gallery or broker would charge. This allows me to keep my prices down and still receive reasonable compensation for my work. When you click a "Buy Now" button on this site, you will be supporting the arts and allowing me to continue to create and share my work with others - and you will own a unique piece of art that you will enjoy and value for years to come.

To streamline the buying process, I have factored an average S&H cost into my prices - so the price you see is the price you pay*.

Your painting will be securely packed in a sturdy box with protective shipping materials and sent via UPS Ground. It will be insured for the purchase price value. I will make every effort to ship your package within 3 business days of payment received.

Limited Edition prints are shipped flat in rigid envelopes via UPS ground. Prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
